Regular priced and sale discounted 30% or less are eligible for a full refund. Sale items discounted 31% or more are final sale.
1) If you aren’t totally happy with your order, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to start the return process.
2) After we approval your return via email, ship the item back to our address:

Since your order shipping is on us, you’re responsible for the shipping costs for your return.*
*(unless, we messed up your order, then we will make it right!)
3) All items must be shipped to Frazier Lynn and postmarked within 7 calendar days of your emailed return approval.
4) All merchandise must be returned in original condition with no signs of wear & tear.
Please allow 10 calendar days from the time you mail your order for your return to be processed.
We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
We don’t do exchanges. Please follow the steps above to return your previous order & go ahead & place an order for the new bling that your heart desires. The only way to ensure that the product that you want is available, is to go ahead and place an order while your return is processing.
We have very limited runs of each style & would hate for you to miss out on a piece that has caught your eye!
